The Role | A Perfect Balance of Leadership & Clinical Excellence Reporting to the Clinical Services Manager, you will:
- Lead and manage a team of up to 10 allied health professionals, fostering a high-performing and engaged team
- Provide clinical supervision, development, and training to ensure best practice care
- Deliver expert allied health care across Home Care Packages, Commonwealth Home Support Program, and Short-Term Restorative Care
- Ensure best practice clinical care and operational quality, driving excellence and compliance
- Drive continuous improvement and team engagement, building a workplace culture that thrives
- Collaborate across departments, strengthening teamwork and interdisciplinary care
Breakdown of Your Role:
- 60% Team Leadership – Management, mentoring, and driving team performance
- 40% Clinical Load – Hands-on allied health service delivery
What You Bring
- Post-secondary or tertiary qualification in Allied Health with current AHPRA or relevant registration
- Proven leadership experience in multidisciplinary allied health teams
- Advanced clinical skills in Community Aged Care, with experience in risk management and supervision
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build relationships across clinicians, managers, and community partners
- A continuous improvement mindset to drive service excellence and innovation
- Valid First Aid and CPR, and the ability to use your own insured and registered vehicle for work purposes
