Our client is a boutique growth focused accounting firm in modern CBD offices. With a range of clients from different industries they have the ability to work closely with their clients handling both large, complex work through to smaller jobs for locally owned small businesses.

Role and responsibilities:
- Handling complex compliance work including but not limited to preparation of tax returns and financial statements for individuals, companies, trusts and partnerships.
- Conducting tax planning face to face with clients requiring exceptional communication skills.
- Preparing cash flow forecasts, researching tax matters where required and assisting in the preparation of annual client budgets.
- Liaising with and building relationships with clients, the ATO and other bodies as relevant and required.
- Providing advice to a large and varied client base.
- Managing and monitoring staff performance and reviews and conducting training sessions.
The Ideal Candidate Requirements:
- Hold at least 4+ years recent Australian tax and business services experience
- CA/CPA qualified
- Experience dealing directly with clients is essential
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Had experience in managing team workflow and mentoring graduates
